TDI catalysts, palladium on carbon
The palladium on carbon is mainly for TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate) which is a commonly used raw material for polyurethane. 70% of TDI is used in the manufacture of polyurethane soft foams and their products, while the remainder is used in coatings, sealants, elastomers, etc. The total global TDI production capacity is approximately 3.75 million tons/year, of which Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd accounts for 1.03 million tons/year.
Liquid phase hydrogenation catalysts for aniline production, Palladium and Platinum on carbon
This palladium on carbon is mainly for aniline which is mainly used in the synthesis of polyurethane raw material diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), with a global production capacity of about 9.5 million tons, of which 85% is nitrobenzene continuous liquid phase hydrogenation process.
Lindlar catalyst mainly includes palladium on calcium carbonate and palladium on barium sulfate. The most common used ones are 5% and 10% Lindlar catalyst.
Bis(Triphenylphosphine)Palladium(II) Dichloride
Bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II) Dichloride is mainly used for coupling reactions such as Sonogoshira coupling; catalyst for carbonylation of halogenated compounds and so on.
The paltinum content of platinum on carbon can be from 0.1% to 60%.
The platinum content can vary from 0.1% to 10%. It can be used for hydrogenation of aromatic aldehydes, aniline, nitroaromatic and aliphatic compounds.

Rhodium on Alumina is a kind of heterogeneous catalyst with 0.1%-10% rhodium.
The content of Rhodium on carbon can be from 0.1% to 10%.

Chloro(1,5-cyclooctadiene)Rhodium(I) Dimer is also mainly used for hydroformylation reaction. It is an orange crystal with 41.8% Rhodium.
